Due to popular demand, our lovely yoga teacher, Jane Osborn, will be offering more evening yoga classes at the River Rooms - starting this Friday! This class is ideal for beginners and, of course, progressing yogis who want to go a little bit back to basics. The practice will be Hatha and will consist of physical postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Each week will be different and yet familiar whilst working on different chakras and energy centres to find balance, peace, energy, vitality, and manifesting goodness into every aspect of your life.
