The youth got together for worship at Sydenham. This was a great night of fellowship, worship and teaching. The Summer School group got to lead through the worship, led by Chelsea Pascoe. The youth got to meet the 3 Gap Year students who arrived into the Division to work at Dublin City Corps. They have come from The Ukraine and Georgia. Over the summer a number of the young people have been involved in mission. Trips. Caitlin Bryson was part of a team working in Moldova. She shared her photos and stories then challenged everyone on how we live out our mission each day. Capt Tim Lennox, Dublin City, opened God’s Word to us. As the summer has ended and with so much happening he spoke on how we need to fan the flame of our passion, not letting it die out. His thought was set with 3 points: 1- We need to keep the main thing the main thing. 2- We need to keep fuelling the fire. 3- We need to keep in shape. It was great a great night and look forward to more chances to share together.
