1-to-1 Personal Trainer at Flex Gym in East Belfast in Northern Ireland. I have developed through years of educating and trial and error my own unique way of training clients using a mostly calisthenics [bodyweight] approach. This drastically reduces the possibility of injury and means you can train in the comfort of your own home with minimal equipment.
I have extremely limited availability so if you are interested in training with me then message me asap to register your interest, if I have no spaces available I will put you on my list to be given priority over anyone who contacts after you. Private message also for more info on prices etc

I began training about 5 years ago when I was in recovery from an eating disorder. I piled on the pounds and absolutely hated how I felt in myself. Even though I have never considered myself 'overweight', I had never felt comfortable in my own skin until now. I began training hard with little to no knowledge and never a personal trainer - and used online resources to teach myself. After about a year or so I found that I was getting stronger and started to delve more into the nutrition side of things - realising very quickly that this was most important if I was going to get anywhere.
I started competing last year in Aug 2013 when I stepped onto the UKBFF N.Ireland Qualifier stage and I have never been so frightened in my life. I had told myself that my goal was to actually go on the stage and if I achieved that I would have achieved more than I ever thought possible with my poor self esteem. To my absolute amazement I placed 3rd out of 13 amazing girls and won my invite to the nationals. I still struggled a daily battle with eating enough and found it difficult to diet down without starving. I went to the nationals about 7 lbs lighter than the qualifier and just looked like a skinny little girl. I learned a lot from this and embarked on my first proper off season.
I ate like a horse and trained and trained. I stepped on stage in Denmark for the WBFF after 16 weeks of prep a whole 9 lbs heavier than I had been at me previous show and felt absolutely amazing. I loved the atmosphere and vibe from this show, and everyone was so lovely. I wasn't intimidated at all and for the first time I was able to get up there and actually enjoy it, rather than count the seconds until I could run off the stage.
I gave it everything I had and whilst I would have changed a lot now looking back, I unbelievably came 1st place Bikini Tall and won my Pro card. This made me the first female WBFF Pro in the whole of Ireland, North and South and I am still so incredibly humbled.
Earning my pro card has opened so many doors for me - I am able to work at a job I absolutely love and enjoy a lot of respect for what I do. I feel that I actually belong to something in the WBFF which I have never had before - It really is something else.
