Hey guys just a quick message to say I'll be increasing my wait times from this point onwards. Please place your order at least 5 weeks before you need it in order to ensure you're not disappointed. I've tried to avoid having to do this but unfortunately even though I am providing what I think are reasonably short wait times for custom items, I've been receiving aggressive messages if things beyond my control hold up the process and orders are a few days late. Most likely your gear will be ready before 5 weeks and if it is it will be posted to you when it's ready, however i can no longer promise any earlier than that incase there's disappointment if it's a day or two late. I was able to do shorter wait times when I first started out but it is no longer feasible. I'd just like to take this opportunity to let everyone know how I operate as there seems to be a bit of confusion. Once you place your order and pay, you will then be added to a waiting list (say for example 3 weeks). So just to clarify..it does not take 3 weeks to make your gear, that just means the waiting list is 3 weeks long. Therefore I will not have updates after 1 week or 2 weeks as I will not have started making your gear yet. I unfortunately will not have time to reply to messages requesting updates etc from now on. The last few months I've been spending around a third of my working day replying to messages regarding updates and picture requests of the gear, neither of which I have unless your estimated wait time has passed, and so all this time spent replying to messages takes away from sewing time and therefore increases wait times. If there's ever any more info i need or if any problems arise I'll get in contact with you :) This post is aimed at no one in particular and is just a general set of rules I have to implement in order to keep everybody happy! If you've already placed an order or you are just about to and we've discussed a wait time then your gear will still be with you by the time we have discussed, but otherwise from now on it will be 5 weeks :) Thanks for understanding ✌🏼
