Hey guys as you all know I have been rather stretched lately with the barber shop and trying to look after you. So that you are all getting the attention you deserve the energetic, bubbly and slightly mental Suzanne has kindly offered to take the reigns of Pedal Pump for a few months. As with new people there are new things with our monthly membership and maybe a few other changes. I am here in the background if you need me. I ask you give Suzanne your full support and she is at the other end of face book or the phone if you need her. I have had a blast over the last 4 years but new energy is good. Hey guys I would like to welcome Jay Colin’s to the Pedal Pump team. He is a very experienced coach and personal trainer with a wealth of fitness expertise. Jay is a bundle of fun and energy in class and will be taking Mondays classes at 6pm with plans for taking further classes. It’s great to have a new face around Pedal Pump and again welcome on board Jay.
