£2.00 per session or £20 per month unlimited sessions
or £30 per month to include boxercise or boxing classes aswell as unlimited sessions
Power Plate (call to book) £3.00 for 12 minutes
Free Induction - No Yearly Membership
Boxing Classes:
Monday-Thursday 5.30pm-7.00pm
£2.00 adults £1.00 kids (age 9-15)
Boxing Beginners Classes:
Fridays 5.00pm-6.00pm
£1.00 (ages 5-8)
Boxercise Classes:
Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm-9.00pm
£2.50 for 16+ years
£1.50 for 14 & 15 years (must be accompanied by an adult)
Sauna - £2.00 per session
Fast Tan Stand Studio £1.00 per 3 minutes
Shower & Changing Areas Available
STEAM ROOM AND LADIES ONLY CHANGING ROOM UNDER CONSTRUCTION
