Reiki can bring you relaxation, pain relief, healthier life choices and much more. Reiki means universal life force energy, it was re-discovered by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1900's.
Reiki deals not only with evident pain but with the cause of pain, it is a holistic therapy, treating mind, body and spirit.
During a treatment, Reiki will accelerate and enhance the bodies own natural ability to heal itself. This can result in improved metabolisim, detoxification, relaxation, decreased anxiety and soothing of pain commonly experienced with physical and emotional conditions.
There are no contra-indications with Reiki, this means that Reiki can never do harm and you cannot over treat a person or animal.
I have been a Reiki Practitioner since July 2000, in October 2001 I was attuned to Level II and in June of 2015 I became a Reiki Master Teacher. I have developed my practice over these last 16 years and offer a calming, relaxed, intuitive, professional approach.
I have experience treating many people including pregnant ladies, babies, elderly, people undergoing treament for cancer as well as providing End of Life care. I am also able to offer Reiki to pets and other animals, for example horses.
The first Reiki session starts with a consultation. A full hour Reiki treatment follows where the client remains fully clothed, and wrapped in a blanket if desired.
Once balance is restored and a sense of wellness is achieved, a maintenance program may be recommended, perhaps receiving Reiki every two to three months, if required.
As a Reiki Master Teacher I am able to carry out attunements (teaching Reiki), if required. I run several classes throughout the year. But if you are unable to see one convenient for you then please get in touch.
My aim is to get Reiki into schools (if we can help lessen our children’s anxieties, we will have a future of strong, healthy, compassionate & resilient adults). I’m also striving to get Reiki into more hospitals, hospices, prisons and company wellness & resilience programs.

Using Reiki we offer various packages from ‘And Relax’ a 30 minute Reiki treatment to a full ‘Mind, Body & Spirit package of 3 hours intense Reiki (taken over 6 wks).
We also offer Reiki for pets and Chakra balancing.

Merry, merry Christmas to all of my clients, friends and followers. I wish everyone a wonderful happy, love filled, magical Christmas. I have only two more days of work (with a couple of slots left on Thursday and Friday (20th & 21st December) and then I'm taking a break for Christmas. Fullers Earth Holistics will be open again on Wednesday 3rd January 2018. Thank you for all being part of my journey this year. Where will Reiki take us next year? I can't stress enough how those that offer Reiki to others must ensure they treat themselves too.. Yes - I've carried out a self treatment today and I feel great! I sit here, setting dates for my next Reiki course, and I'm feeling very thankful for all that I have and all that I'm able to offer others. I am blessed with wonderful friends & family.
