Hypo-Tone UK
Description
Low pressure fitness for a toned tummy, pelvic strength, stability, tone and a neutralised postural chain. Hypo-Tone UK uses The Hypopressive Method which is a complex method, discovered by a Doctor of Science in Human Movement and Rehabilitation, Marcel Caufriez, and origanally was only practiced in the world of Gyneacology for rehabilitation of post-natal recovery, pelvic floor, UI, prolapses and diastatsis.
Since the UK have been blessed with this method we use it in the Fitness world, not only the reasons outlined above but also for the reduction of waist size, core stability and tone, sexual dysfunctions, an increase of strength and stamina and very importantly to normalise posture.
The Hypopresive Method also plays a huge importance in mental well being.
At Hypo-Tone, not only do we heavily use this method but incorporate other areas of fitness to sculpt the body and clear the mind.
