Sports and Rehabilitation massage. A therapist fully qualified with well over 10 years practical experience working with athletes, public and armed forces. I am a qualified sports massage practitioner (with 10+ yrs of experience), who is currently the "in-house" therapist at Absolute Training & Nutrition, The Studio, Barnstaple.
I am also currently the Sports Therapist for Ilfracombe Rugby Football Club, on my second season working with a great bunch of dedicated guys.
I work with a hugely varied client base, working with "Joe Public" to elite sporting athletes, and everyone in between! Massage therapy is my passion, it is a service that all should sample and use on a regular basis...the aim of this page is to promote, educate and give relevent current information as to the huge range of benefits this fantastic therapy provides for everyone.
A constant learning process, the human body never ceases to amaze me...I just love to help make it as effective as possible for all my clients :)

Tried and tested exercises guys...my bf suffers with impingement in his right shoulder from his powerlifting...these made a huge difference to him as he lives away and I can’t get to treat him some weeks!
