Turn up the volume on the TV or radio to mask the sound of fireworks. Halloween costumes can be scary for pets, so keep them away from the front door trick or treaters Keep human treats and sweets our of your dogs reach. Keep candles and lighted pumpkins away from your pet.

Treat Tip No.1 - read the ingredients! In a large supermarket today, in the pet aisle of course, I saw some new snacks:- "Crunchy Meaty Kebabs", 80g for 4 treats costing £2, claims to be "low in fat and help strengthen gums"..sounds good, what’s in it? Ingredients = Rawhide, Rice Starch, Salt. ....and thats it. Didn’t the pack say meaty? Where’s the meat? Maybe still in China where these are made?
