They often see the guy or girl who has their diet under control, their training tailored to their goals and their effort and consistency diled in making massive changes and they just can't get it. You see people have real difficulty accepting their own short comings and need to find a reason why their progress is nonexistent. When they see someone doing what they are failing to do, it couldn't possibly have anything do with KNOWLEDGE, DISCIPLINE or EFFORT. IT'S MUST BE DRUGS, OBVIOUSLY !

**PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT** The gym will no longer be available for training as of January 1st! This is due to loss of our lease and totally beyond our control. Any one who has already payed their club fees for Jan, we will be touch soon to arrange a refund. We have secured new premises but they won't be available until the spring, with this in mind the page will remain active for information and up dates on the Gucci new facilities. Jonny & Shem are still available for advice and programing just PM. We want to thank everyone who supported us this year and will keep you all updated with what's going on.

Lifting weights on a Friday night! Starting to get my eating right again and back on the mats for some grappling on Sunday morning now that the tattoo is all healed up. Smashed the arms and shoulders tonight with various, basic techniques and some killer kettlebell swings to finish 💪🏻
