SeaSabre - Cut through the waves. SeaSabre was started by ocean rower Justin Adkin. We pride ourselves on offering an extremely high quality, personalized and friendly service. We have experience of rowing oceans and can advise you regarding what we found worked well. The quality of our construction, finishing and ergonomics are second to none. Unlike some other 'boat builders' you will be contacted regularly by the actual person building your boat to keep you fully up to date with progress.
SeaSabre builds new ocean row and coastal row boats but can also complete renovations on your existing boat before your ocean passage.
We also can build a range of other sailing, motor and row boats.
Although we are based in the UK our reasonable prices mean that we can (and do) ship our boats all over the world. This means that wherever in the world you are you can still get your hands on a SeaSabre.

If you have a big rudder and a big daggerboard dragging through the water mounted on a big boat you're going to have a lot of drag, slowing you down. Our latest hull shape means you don't need a daggerboard and the skeg and rudder can be a lot smaller and just as effective. Less boat in the water means more speed for the same effort.

12 years after she was built (and after a recent refit) it's fabulous to see our boats still going strong. Today Island Voyagers are going to finish their around Britain row this morning at Calshot around 10:30 after 37 days at sea. A great time from a great team in a great boat. Calshot Activities Centre
