Meditation and sound healing events from the heart of Avebury Stone Circle, UK. Avebury Heart Centre was a physical and energetic centre holding sacred space in the heart of Avebury Stone Circle, holding meditation and sacred sound events for personal and planetary healing and transformation, together with individual healing therapies and retreats.
For 9 years group gatherings were held every Equinox, Summer and Winter Solstice - and on other dates of global and astrological significance - to anchor group intent for peace, global unity and positive change through meditation and group sound. These were led by Adrian Mieras, and in later years, together with his partner Helen Keeley. For the final 3 years of this cycle of group work, Helen and Adrian were based at Silbury House, which was held as a centre for sound meditation, healing and transformation. Adrian sadly died in 2016, and his sudden passing was a shock to all who knew and loved him. Helen continues to live in the local area with her young daughter, where she continues to develop her understanding of healing through sound. Silbury House has been returned to the National Trust who rent it to private tenants.
This page remains in thanks to all who participated in this group meditation effort over the years, and to those who connected with us from all over the world. No effort is made in vain, and no love is ever lost. May the deepest peace be with you upon your way.

Meditation gatherings and sound baths are on! Monday 14th November (Full Moon), Tues 29th November (New Moon), Tues 13th December (Full Moon), 7.45pm at Silbury House. For Winter Solstice there will be an outdoor ceremony in the stones mid-morning on Weds 21st December, followed by a gentle evening sound gathering. Full moon blessings to all souls everywhere :) Planetary service meditation and sound bath tonight 8.30pm Silbury House <3 <3 <3
Full moon meditation gathering for August will be held on Thursday 18th August at 8.30pm at Silbury House. This is a planetary service meditation to align as a group with the special influx of light available at the time of the full moon. This month with the sun in Leo, we reflect upon the seed thought 'I Am That, and That Am I', and the energy of Sirius. The meditation is followed by sacred sound, tea and raw chocolates. £10 donation appreciated for the sound bath and refreshments. Please let Helen know if you would like to come along. New Moon meditation will be held 8.30pm tomorrow (Tues 2nd August) at Silbury House. This is a planetary service meditation to strengthen the hands of lightworkers everywhere, followed by sacred sound and raw chocolate. Full moon meditation will be same time on 18th August, to connect with the special influx of light available at the time of the full moon. Ceremony for Adrian Mieras, Weds 8th June, Avebury: Dearest friends, colleagues, loved ones: There will be an outdoor ceremony in the Avebury stones to honour our beloved Adrian on Weds 8th June, starting at 3pm, followed by an indoor gathering with light food at 5pm and Sacred Sound concert 6-8pm. All who knew and loved Adrian are so very welcome to join us. I know many of you will be working so if you cannot come for the start, please know you are welcome to join us when you can make it. We encourage all who can to stay for the evening sound if possible - Adrian is a great advocate of the healing and illuminating powers of sound. There are several local B&B options if required. If you would like to come, please send me a brief email at onlyloveisreal777@gmail.com with the following information: - Your name(s) and number of people - A contact mobile number, if you have one - If you are able to attend the whole ceremony or just afternoon/evening To make things easier for us, please could you email even if you have previously posted on Facebook or told me that you are coming. Dear Ones, it is with the most profound sadness that I must share with you that our Beloved Adrian passed into pure spirit early last week. Too big and beautiful for his body, he has gone to complete his work from the higher realms. He would want you to know that his pure love is very present with us, and with every One of you. And that he is at peace and free, and enjoying his new wings. I know this will be a shock to his many friends who loved him so dearly. For those of you I have not been able to contact in person, I am so sorry. Please be assured that we will take time to respond to you all, over the course of time. Gracey and I are with our family and Adrian's family and being very well cared for. If you would like to contact us, please do so on here, rather than by phone or in person, so as not to disturb Gracey's delicate process at this time. There will of course be ceremony to honour our beautiful Adrian, and details will be shared as soon as we know. Be assured that his healing work will go on, through all of us. We Love You xxxxxxx
