The Running Lab
Description
Running Video Analysed Assessment helps identify running styles that may contribute to injuries and improve your running technique.
Everybody can run, it’s what the human body is designed to do. However, we understand it’s not always as simple as that.
The vast majority of sports require some basic knowledge, training and practice to achieve a certain level of ability in that chosen sport. Running is no different from other sports; it requires some understanding of movement technique. A Running Video Assessment provides a detailed evaluation of your running technique.
By using video analysis we can assess frame by frame your moving patterns whilst you run and advise on areas you may wish to improve upon within your running style.
Who is a Running Video Assessment For?
Anyone from an elite competitive club runner who is looking to improve their performance to a fun runner wishing to complete their first 5K, 10K, park run or someone who just wants to make running that little bit easier. By understanding your running technique you will be able to prevent many of the common running injuries that are associated with certain running styles.
Whatever level of runner you are you can benefit from a running video assessment.
