Thursday's easy JK dinner....it's a bit fishy! How about a lovely haddock, with a Mornay sauce? Place in a dish and pop in a 180 oven for 25-30 mins. Or why not try some delicious haddock goujons in panko crumbs? Pan fry or deep fry for 4 mins or pop in a 180 oven for 20 mins. Finally, some of our popular fish skewers! These babies are made up with haddock, prawn and salmon in a Greek marinade. Grill for 3 mins each side or 20 mins in a 180 oven. They're only £3 each too! Make sure to pop by, we're open until 6pm tonight!!

Wednesday's JK easy dinner options....all Gluten Free too! Let's start with Thai pork fillet mini roast, £2.20 each, 40 mins in a 180 oven. Or a Chinese porksteak, just £1.40 each, grill or pan fry for 4 mins each side or pop in a 180 oven for 20-30 mins. Something with a bit more spice...Argentina fire rump steaks, £3.40 each, pan fry for 4 mins each side. Or get stuck in to our sausage smokies, pork sausages wrapped in streaky bacon in a BBQ marinade, 60p each, 25 mins in a 180 oven. Done....Wednesday dinner sorted the JK way! Open until 5.30pm today!

What's an easy JK Tuesday dinner? Mouthwatering simple steak burgers or mix it up with some funky flavours including Piri Piri, Paprika, Forking Hell or how about smoky chicken or sweet chilli chicken. And we also have a JK gluten free gourmet burger! All less than 5% fat, between 4oz-7oz in size, and ranging from ONLY £1.20-£2.50 each!
