www.kylemac.co.uk At Kyle Mac Personal Training your workouts will comprise of constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.

But what does that really mean?  For one thing, you won't be stuck inside a gym - instead you will use the environment around you, pieces of kit such as sand bags, ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, weight vests, olympic bars, sleds and much more.  Whilst the majority of your sessions will be outdoors, we may also utlilise our purpose made indoor functional fitness PT studio.  It serves a function to hit areas we can't outside - it's also perfect when the weather goes south!

We will spend time on technique before gradually increasing the intensity and load to push you beyond your comfort zone.  It's tough but progressive.

You will be pushing, pulling, squatting, running, jumping, climbing and lifting, meaning that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport.   We will focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.  

It’s not flashy, it’s effective.

Group Personal Training
Ideal for friends or colleagues with a common goal or just to get fitter and stronger. Note, the content of these sessions will depend on the group's goals and is not a one-size fits all approach like a bootcamp.
