Today we dive into the Encounter! After spending the first half of the day with learning to work together as a team, in the afternoon we talked about communication styles. But the most important step of our day was sharing our learning goals for this 6-month journey.

The 28th of July was about getting ready! 13 NOW team members from 7 countries spent the day preparing for the NOW Encounter 2017: from setting our learning goals to training their mindfulness in a forest. Now, we are ready to start the Encounter!!! #NOWJourney2017 #NOWicorns
