بيان منظمات حزب يكيتي الكردي في سوريا -ريف قامشلو الشرقي تطالب بطرد كل من ابراهيم برو وفؤاد عليكو من صفوف الحزب بتهمة الخيانة العطمى للدولة التركية يا جماهير شعبنا الكردي العظيم يا أحفاد كاوى و صلاح الدين و الملا مصطفى البرزاني و قاضي محمد فيما تشتد الحملة التركية الحاقدة على الشعب الكردي المتمثلة في عدوانها السافر على جنة الزيتون عفرين في كردستان سوريا و قبلها كانت نكبة كركوك التي كان لتركيا اليد الطولى فيها و التي هددت بقتل شعب كردستان باشور جوعا من خلال فرض الحصار الخانق عليه،يخرج علينا بين الحين و الآخر كل من المدعو فؤاد عليكو و إبراهيم برو على وسائل الإعلام ليعلنا بكل صفاقة وقوفهما إلى جانب العدوان التركي الغاشم على عفرين ضاربين عرض الحائط مبادئ حزبنا العظيم و قواعده المناضلين الأوفياء. إننا في منظمات حزب يكيتي الكردي في سوريا -ريف قامشلو الشرقي- نعلن تضامننا الكامل مع مقاومة عفرين و نطالب بطرد المذكورين أعلاه من الحزب حتى يعود حزبنا من جديد إلى حاضنته الجماهيرية و منهاجه السياسي الهادف للفيدرالية في سوريا ديمقراطية تعددية اتحادية. عاشت مقاومة عفرين الخزي و العار للعدوان التركي الغاشم و من لف لفهم من أشباه الكرد قامشلو 27 .1.2018

Declaration Kurdish organizations on the Turkish aggression on the city of Afrin Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Antonio Guterres Member States of the UN Security Council To the governments of the world and all civilized peoples: We are the workers in the Kurdish civil and human rights organizations. We are following with great concerns the tense and explosive situation at any moment on the borders of this densely populated Kurdish city. Turkish threats, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the terrorist factions called the Free Army are in fact only the remains of terrorist organizations that receive unlimited financial, military and logistical support from the Turkish government, these are sufficient reasons to enrich our fears of genocide in the case of Turkish aggression. Recalling Article 1 of the Charter of the United Nations concerning its purposes and objectives, which states: "The Purposes of the United Nations are: 1. To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace; 2. To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace." The tragedy of the Second World War undoubtedly led to the adoption of the Geneva Conventions of 1949, where the agreements sought to fill the gaps in international humanitarian law revealed by the conflict. Based on the field information available to us on the Turkish aggression against the terrorist gangs against the safe city of Afrin, we ask you to use your powers to prevent this barbaric and brutal aggression against Kurdish civilians. If this aggression occurs, which we do not hope to happen, Turkey will violate its international obligations under the following agreements and on the basis of its membership in the United Nations. First, the crime of aggression: The act of aggression shall apply to any of the following acts, whether or not by a declaration of war, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 2 and in accordance with it: )"a) The invasion or attack by the armed forces of a State of the territory of another State, or any military occupation, however temporary, resulting from such invasion or attack, or any annexation by the use of force of the territory of another State or part thereof, (b) Bombardment by the armed forces of a State against the territory of another State or the use of any weapons by a State against the territory of another State; (c) The blockade of the ports or coasts of a State by the armed forces of another State; (d) An attack by the armed forces of a State on the land, sea or air forces, or marine and air fleets of another State; (e) The use of armed forces of one State which are within the territory of another State with the agreement of the receiving State, in contravention of the conditions provided for in the agreement or any extension of their presence in such territory beyond the termination of the agreement; (f) The action of a State in allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State; (g) The sending by or on behalf of a State of armed bands, groups, irregulars or mercenaries, which carry out acts of armed force against another State of such gravity as to amount to the acts listed above, or its substantial involvement therein." Second, Genocide: According to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide of 1948, the Turkish army in its aggressive wars against the Kurdish people has never complied with the provisions of this agreement at all. Third, The Third Geneva Convention of 1949 on the Treatment of Prisoners of War. Fourth, Geneva Convention on the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, 1949 Protecting human rights, protecting civilians and prisoners, maintaining the infrastructure of this Kurdish city and in accordance with the principles of international humanitarian law, and avoiding a great humanitarian disaster, and a large wave of displacement of civilians, turning them into refugees and preventing the recurrence of such massacres and atrocities. Which were committed by Turkish-backed gangs(ISIS), supported by the Turkish state in the Kurdish city of Kubani, we urge you to intervene immediately and issue a decision by the Council of the Mother To stop the Turkish-Turkish aggression. Please note that Kurdish areas in northern Syria, including Afrin, are outside of the agreed tension reduction areas in Astana, as they are safe areas and there is no Syrian regime presence. Turkey can therefore not take this as a pretext for intervention under the umbrella of the United Nations. We, as civil rights organizations and committees who sign this statement, condemn the Turkish aggression against Afrin and consider it an act of aggression against humanity, violate international law, threaten international peace and security, and call upon the international community not to stand idly by. #عاجل تفكيك شاحنة مفخخة معبأة ب٢ طن من ال TNT في قامشلو #welatfm اعلنت قوات أساييش روج آفا عبر صفحتها اارسمية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيسبوك ان الوحدات الهندسية الخاصة بها قد قامت بتفكيك شاحنة مفخخة في حي الهلالية بمدينة قامشلو. قوات الأساييش أعلنت ان هذه العملية النوعية تمت بعد تحريات ومتابعات وأنها أمنت محيط مكان الشاحنة المعباة ب٢ طن من مادة الTNT الشديدة الانفجار حفاظا على ارواح المدنيين قبل تفكيكها.
