It is focused on higher education of adults and has no other business areas. The Board of Education of the Canton of Zug (No. DBK DBKS 6/33/60236) confirmed that A.B.M.S. GmbH as a Swiss private institution is allowed to offer study programs and issue diplomas. A.B.M.S. GmbH is accredited by the internationally acknowledged accreditation body “ASIC” under the accreditation No. AS16785/0914 based on the accreditation letter issued on October 15, 2015, for the period of October 8, 2015 till October 7, 2019, as well, it is ISO certified by the IQS UK Standards Audits Division with the quality standard ISO 29990:2010. According to its letter No. 1523_01/04.14, the Swiss Federal Department of Finance, reviewed the A.B.M.S. GmbH distance study program methods and confirmed that the study programs of A.B.M.S. GmbH is in compliance with art. 21 para. 2 no 11 lit. a and lit. b VAT-Statute. "
