In the beginners classes we focus on the basic principles of Pilates to make sure we are performing the exercises safely and effectively. Join now for a comfortable and meditative form of exercise that visibly transforms your body.
Join the intermediate class if you already know of the basic principles of Pilates and feel ready to take on the more challenging exercises. On this level we work deeper into the muscles and focus on developing a strong pelvic floor as well as a strong core.
If you have just gone through the duress of pregnancy and childbirth, the After Birth Class is the one for you. We start out slowly and gradually work our bodies back to the strength and flexibility that was lost during pregnancy. Emphasis is on rebuilding abdominals and strengthening the pelvic floor muscle. Gain the excess energy you need to take care of your baby while working on improving your coordination and balance. Babies are welcome, off course. Classes start 4 times a year: January, April, August and October. Contact me for further info.
For a complete fitness routine join the 30 min High Intensity Interval Training Class of sweat dripping full body exercises that really get the heart rate going and the muscles working. 5 times 8 intervals of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest of cardio and strength training combined.
