Day 1 with JJ Rivet at Terre Blanche. Physical screening to check potential swing limitations (very few thankfully 😅) and straight to work with force plates and k- vest. Therapy on the fascia to increase range of motion. Some drills to work at on the range in the afternoon. Day 1 complete. Great to work with such a knowledgeable and experienced professional (his students include Justin Rose and Lydia Ko). Looking forward to Day 2 😊⛳️

Day 0 at Terre Blanche near Nice, France. Tomorrow starts 3 days of 1:1 analysis and training with one of the worlds leading sports biomechanic experts Jean Jacques Rivet (biomecaswing.com) Excited and ready to learn 😊⛳️

Ich nehme immer der Gelegenheit Gullane zu spielen wenn ich Edinburgh besuche. Klasse Golfplatz. Meine Mutter ist Mitgliederin da. Und nachher 'Fish and Chips' bei der Loch Fyne seafood restaurant in Newhaven. Sensationel!!! (Verlierer bezahlt......ich 🙈)

Schweiz Interclub Herren B1 Wochenende in Domat Ems. Schön wieder mit der Markgräflerland GC Herren Mannschaft zu arbeiten. Schöne Golfplatz und Landschaft. Ganz gut Teamgheist. Leider nicht unsere bestes Ergebnis aber es gibt immer nich Hoffnung für 2017!!

Am Sonntag Abend habe ich eine Proberunde beim neue Golfplatz In Andermatt gespielt. Fantastisch. Unbedingt ein von der beste Plätze der Schweiz. Gut Design, schön gepflegt und wünderschöne Lanschaft. Unbedingt wert ein Besuch zu machen.

Love to bet on the Majors. Makes watching the golf more exciting. Me and Lambo bet on 4 players each way (top 7 places) on the USPGA. Jimmy Walker, Ricky Fowler, KJ Choi and Russell Knox. Only Jimmy remains with 8 holes to go 🙏🏻🙈
