Thursday the 12th of January 2017 marked the official opening of BY NORDIC HANDS new showroom in Emmen, Luzern. I'm so excited to share with you all, that the kitchen and furniture finally arrived. The last months have been hectic, transforming a "Rohbau" into a furniture showroom with a Scandinavian feeling. However, there are still some work to be done. Wall sockets, the last few lamps, a daybed, etc. Rome wasn't built in a day ;) Have a look at the amazing kitchen, wardrobe and cupboards from Garde Hvalsøe - Tanker og Træ - and some of the iconic furniture from Carl Hansen & Søn. An oldie, but a goodie - Here's a stunning kitchen mode "Minimal" from Danish carpenters Garde Hvalsøe. BY NORDIC HANDS is the Swiss regional agent for Garde Hvalsøe. The kitchen is made from Oak wood, linoleum cabinets, tall cabinets, and a steel tabletop. All fitted with Gaggenau appliances, as well as a custom extractor hood. Want to know more? Renderings to a project proposal for a client in Luzern - The client is renovating a new home, and wanted a kitchen proposal that included the simplicity of Danish design, into their new home. Here's a Model Lundgaard&Tranberg from Garde Hvalsøe in white-oiled Oak wood, with a tabletop of Pietra di Fossena-chalkstone, and integrated Gaggenau appliances in the tall white cabinets.
