What a great week!! The basic rafting course finished yesterday after 8 days of hard training on the beautyful rivers of the bernese oberland! Everyone was tired but super stoked to have been part of this... We went out and rafted the Aare, the Simme, the Saane and the mighty Lütschine in the last week and all the students learnt a lot about what it means to be a river guide!! Huge thanks out to Riaan and our sponsor Outdoor Interlaken, supporting us with rafts and vans. It would not have happened without their help! Also many thanks to Koryn Gould, who came and joined the course and shared his huge knowledge with us. Last but not least: thanks Adele, Nick, Orry, Petr and Louis for working hard and learning fast! I wish everyone the best in the upcoming training and I will see you again on the whitewater rescue course on june 2nd!
