We have a full course coming up again. Last weekend of January and first week of February. The course will be 12 hours divided into 6 sessions - Friday evening twice, Saturday morning twice, Sunday morning twice - 2 hours each time. A FREE self-defense lesson will be offered on Saturday, September 17th between 10:00-12:00. The course will take place at Stettbachstrasse 6, 8600 Dübendorf (5 minute walk from Bahnhof Stettbach). Previous experience is NOT required. This free lesson offers "samples" from a 12-hour-long course which is also offered at the same location.
