Köstlichkeiten aus der emilianischen Heimat des grossen Komponisten Verdi. Das Traditionslokal in der Berner Altstadt ist Giuseppe Verdi und seiner leidenschaftlichen Musik gewidmet. Ein detailbesessen renoviertes Bijou mit verschiedenen Räumen, zahlreichen Nischen und dem imposanten Gewölbekeller Vallocaia. Die Küche des Restaurants ist eine Hommage an die emilianische Heimat des grossen italienischen Komponisten – mit Spezialitäten wie Bollito misto und einer grossen Weinauswahl in der begehbaren Vinothek.
