Hello friends and followers! I haven't updated my site blog much this year, due to lack of time. I met Kerstin Greschek earlier this year, when she asked me to create a video story of her and her business. She told me that people don't get what she does, when she explains it to them, so that best solution would be to show them through a video story. Kerstin was born in Neustadt, Germany. She loved sports since she was a little child. After a serious injury she decided to take a break and find out what she wants to do in life. She came back determined to be self employed and started her own company. By utilising what she studied and combining it with her passion for sports, she now helps others overcome pain and not let it stop them from continuing to do sports. She achieves this by showing them ways to change their habits and exercise in a more efficient and painless way.
