WELCOME: Luches Huddleston Jr @ Ballett Dienstag on TUESDAY, 28.02: Beginner Ballet A 17:45-18:45 Beginner Ballet B 19:00-20:00 Mixed Level Ballet 20:15-21:45 Luches Huddleston, Jr. was born and raised in Washington, DC and started dancing at the early age of 3. When Luches turned 19, he received a scholarship to attend the world renowned Alvin Ailey School in New York where he began learninig and improving his techniques in ballet, jazz and modern dance with concentration in the modern techniques of Lester Horton and Katherine Dunham. In 1991 he came to Europe and danced with many theaters such as Nationaltheater Mannheim (NTM), Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe and Zurich Opera House. In 2007 he became director of the extra ensemble, specializing in movement and dance scenes for the opera at the NTM. Alongside his choreographic and teaching engagements, Luches is also a certified Body Balance Pilates instructor and instructs regular workshops throughout Germany.
