Friday and Saturday next (June 2nd and 3rd) don't miss Birrificio Sottobisio's beers on tap at Bern Bier Festival! There will be our fresh new NE-IPA Aven'a Laugh, fresh 3D-IPA, X pochi, Wild Shot merlot oak aged, One Shot pepper ale and Tivan'on. Cheers!

Sottobisio challenging One Shot line continue now with a NE-IPA (Juicy)! Together with Tom Belgrano we had to adapt with some imagination our setup to gain the right temperature profiling and to catch some special process corner... We'll see very soon the outcome for this first Juicy from Ticino! Stay tuned!
