The well equipped and popular gym at Lappkärrsberget is called Lappisgymmet, which only is available to people living on Lappkärrsberget. Q: Only Day-time/full-time keys are available. When can I buy full-time/day-time?
A: As soon as other members return their keys. We have a limited number of keys given to us by SSSB.
Q: Can I have a free workout before I buy my membership?
A: No, but you may come by (non-holiday) Mondays 21:00-22:00 and have a look around.
Q: I am living living in a subleased apartment, can I become a member?
A: Only if you have a valid contract. Valid sublease-contracts are either approved by SSSB or given to you by your university.
Q: How can I get my key and membership card that I paid for? / How can I return my key?
A: We are at the gym 21:00-22:00 on (non-holiday) Mondays and give out the purchased memberships or collect returned keys. If you are not able during that time you can send a friend with your ID and contract (or your key) and handle that for you.

The dumbells were rearranged this morning to improve mobility in the gym. We hope this will be to the satisfaction of all our members :)
NOTICE This saturday (27/5) we will rearrange the dumbells in our facility opposite the laundry room under ICA. Thus it can be hard to have a good workout in the first opening hours (12:00 - 14:00).
Summer break is coming up! Last day for picking up or returning membership card/key will be 29/5. If you are not available on mondays 20-21 it is okey to ask a friend to pick up or return your key. - If they are picking up they should bring your ID and contract. - If they are returning the key they should bring your paypal-adress, for us to be able to return the deposit. First monday to pick up/return key after the summer break will be 28/8. New full-time keys will be uploaded today (and will be the last chance for getting a full-time membership before the summer!)! Attention!!! We are having some problem with our membership system. If you are buying a new membership make sure that the amount you pay is correct. Full-time key (whole year) - 1000 sek (500 membership + 500 deposit) Full-time key (half-year) - 900 sek (400 membership + 500 deposit If another amount is shown (usually 500 sek) please try again or switch browser!
We seem to have a problem with the applyment for new memberships. The cost for fulltime key and deposit is 1000kr, for some reason some people have only paid 500kr. If you know that this concern you please contact us because you will not be registred as a member otherwise. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will fix it as soon as possible!

Our annual meeting is tonight! All members are invited and we hope to see you there for a chance to get your questions answered and for those intrested, to be able to be a part of the gym board!
