I Sverige har vi ett stort intresse för choklad och vi äter över 7kg choklad per person varje år. Vi har blivit mer medvetna om vilken choklad vi äter, och den hälsofrämjande effekten kvalitetschoklad har på oss. Vi har även blivit mer avanserade i hemmaköket och fler och fler av oss visar stort intresse för att tillverka egna lyxiga och smakrika chokladpraliner och chokladkakor hemma.
