Mami Green is not your standard salad bar, we like to think of our selves as an innovative, unique provider of high quality, healthy but yet delicious salads.
We believe in the slogan "Healthy Food Can be Tasty", as such we have spent tremendous amount of time finding the best combination of fresh and healthy produce that can be used in a salad.
The icing on the cake for a salad is it's accompanying dressing. Thus we ensured that all our dressings are extremely tasty but yet low in calories and fat. With that in mind 7 out of 9 dressings are based on vinaigrettes combined with fresh jalapenos, mango, honey and other delicious ingredients.
Our mission doesn’t stop there, because a green life should not be limited to our salads, it should be reflected in all the products used and sold at Mami Green. Our selections of soft drinks are mainly ecological, additive free and low sugar selections. The same applies to our nutribars and chocolate snacks.
Moreover, our salad bowl is based on sugar cane fibre allowing Mother Nature to break it down organically without harming her and our take away bags are made of recycled material.
