BULLMANN PROPERTIES COSTA BLANCA
Description
BULLMANN PROPERTIES COSTA BLANCA S.L Bullmann Properties is an API-licensed spanish real estate agency operating in accordance with spanish laws and regulations, while at the same time understanding and adhering to the laws and regulations of the countries where our clients come from. This makes it easier for our clients to understand and relate to the process when buying a property in Spain. Bullmann Properties is partly Spanish, partly Norwegian, and partly German and our agents speak Spanish, English, Norwegian (Scandinavian), German, French, and Russian. We have 35 years experience in the Javea - Denia – Oliva – Pego – Pedreguer – Benissa – Cumbre del Sol – Moraira - Calpe – area (better known as the Marina Alta), we have an extensive and excellent network in this area and solid local knowledge. We work for you as buyer, and we can show you all the best properties that best meet your criterias from all the local agencies.
Bullmann Properties is a family run real estate agency. The senior partners are Inga Bullmann and Ole-Frimann Grøtvedt. Inga has 35 years experience in the Marina Alta area, she is originally German, but has lived here in Spain most of her life and is now maybe more Spanish than German. Inga has held sales and management positions in many of the leading developers/promoters, builders and agents in this area and has an extensive network and knowledge of the real estate market in the Marina Alta. Ole-Frimann is Norwegian with an extensive top management experience from several large international corporations working in many countries.
Bullmann Properties is API no. 1470. The real estate market in Spain was de-regulated many years ago when Spain joined the EU (or the EEC as it then was called). The association of professional real estate agents, who licensed the qualified real estate agencies at the time, still exist – the API (AGENTE DE LA PROPIEDAD INMOBILIARIA). In practice, however, it is free for anybody to set up as a real estate agency in Spain. This has resulted in a lot of people who saw an opportunity to make a quick and easy profit, established themselves as a “real estate agent” – a mobile phone in your pocket and whoops – you’re a “real estate agent”. People coming from countries that have very strict legal requirements for real estate agents do not always understand this. Therefore, it is good advice to be very careful about who you get involved with here in Spain. That a real estate agent speaks your language or is of the same nationality is no guarantee, often the opposite. The fact that they have lived in Spain and worked as a “real estate agent” for decades is not a testimonial either. If that is to be interpreted as proof of qualifications and experience, then why have they not been able to during all those years to get themselves a Spanish real estate agent’s license with a proper professional insurance to cover their clients?
So – the best advice is to use a licensed Spanish real estate agent (API) with insurance, solid experience and local knowledge. That way, you will get the best property that best suits your criterias at the best possible price, quality assurance and due diligence from A to Z, and you are covered by our API professional insurance. Send us an e-mail or call us – we will then send you a check-list and information which you can use to check against every time you are in contact with a “real estate agent”. Or you can, like almost all our clients have done, leave it to us – we know who we can trust and who meet our requirements and high standards – and we work with all the serious and qualified agents in the Marina Alta area.
