Fue uno de los pocos restos que recuperamos de la antigua bodega familiar. Sin embargo, encierra un gran significado: recrea el entrelazado de sarmientos y zarcillos (partes de la vid), y simboliza la unión de cuerpo, mente y alma, que el vino pone en armonía, puesto que es salud para el cuerpo, inspiración para la mente, y recreación para el alma. Un equilibrio que aporta bienestar. Se asocia también con la primavera, la fertilidad y el Sol. Actualmente, es el símbolo de nuestro proyecto, en homenaje a quienes nos enseñaron e inculcaron su amor por el viñedo y su pasión por el vino. La parte central forma la “A” de Aldonia, que recoge nuestro deseo de unión con las personas para seguir compartiendo en armonía esta apasionante cultura. Salud!

A small piece with three wrought iron links…
This was one of the few remains that we recovered from the old family winery. However, it holds great meaning: it mimics the interweave of vine shoots and tendrils, and symbolises the union of body, mind and soul, which the wine brings into harmony, since it is health for de body, inspiration for the mind, and recreation for the soul. A balance that provides wellbeing. It is also associated with spring, fertility and the Sun. Today, it is the symbol of our project, in honour of those who taught us and instilled in us their love for the vineyard and their passion for wine. The central part forms the “A” of Aldonia; a depiction of our desire to bond with people to continue sharing in harmony this fascinating culture. Cheers!
