Hace mucho tiempo, conocí a un hombre que me dijo que el único modo de ser feliz es aceptandose a uno mismo. Lo que recalcó era que hay que aceptar incluso la parte oscura de nosotros mismos. Esa cara que nos escondemos. El lado que negamos que existe. Esta premisa, ha basado siempre toda la producción de nuestras herramientas de cockteleria. Y a modo de sutil recordatorio, la tematica de las herramientas siempre tiene ese toque oscuro. Por esa razon, el que elige nuestras herramientas, hace un pequeño ejercicio propio de aceptación del lado oscuro del alma humana. Con esta idea, cada vez que encuentro a un barman o barmaid que usa nuestras herramientas, veo que comparte, a veces inconscientemente, esta msima premisa. a.Bottesi
