Our u/14 and u/15 netball girls took part in the Mpumalanga Netball Championships. The u/14 girls are first in Mpumalanga and the u/15 girls are second in Mpumalanga. We are so proud of our girls, this is an excellent achievement.
Best Ticket Sellers
Miss Marina Colsby and Mrs. Lynette van Jaarsveld had a fun day with their classes. Their classes are in the lead with selling tickets, they were rewarded with a fun picnic and jumping castles for the day.
Career Day 2017
Our grade 11 and 12 students took part in the career day exhibition to take a look at what their future can hold for them.
Top Achievers Term 1
Our Top Achievers were rewarded for their hard work in the first term. They went to Spur for something to eat and then they enjoyed a movie.
We at The King's School are excited to see all our parents today at the Parent Book review. The parents are welcome to come see us from 12 o'clock, the teachers will be in the classes. We hope to see all our parents today. Regards The King's School Staff
The winner takes it all!!
The grade 1 learners of The King's School were rewarded for their hard work. funds are being collected for a Science Lab and the grade 1K class were taking the lead in raising funds. Ms M Colsby motivated the learners to keep it up as there were many exciting prizes to claim
Standerton Puma Trials
The girls arrived safely back at school, very tired after a very long day. Our girls played excellently, unfortunately none made the mpumalanga team, but we will train harder for next year. We thank God for the safe travelling, that He kept His hand on our steering wheel. Tomorrow it is back to school . Regards The King's School Staff
On a cold Monday morning our 3 netball girls are ready and very excited to take part in the last round of the Mpumalanga trials. The coaches are watching with much enthusiasm. We are very proud of our girls. We wish you luck, we know you will do the best you can. May God be with you today.
The girls with their coaches arrived safely at the guesthouse in Standerton. We thank God for safe travels.
We would like to congratulate the following three girls: Sanele Nkosi, Langelihle Ngomane and Nokulinda Mavusa. They were chosen to take part in the final round of the Puma trials. We will leave on Sunday the 30th of April for Standerton, where we will take part in the final trials on Monday the 1st of May.
