Today we said our goodbyes to Shanna who has returned to her career in racing. I grew so fond of this lovely filly, was very sad to see her go. Do us proud Shanny!

A successful show this weekend at WC SHOWING CHAMPS. Brockenhurst horses and riders had a wonderful show. On Saturday Anja Lourens on Lady Sophia were placed 2nd in Newcomers Show Hack. Cara Kroep and MOT Flame Lilly 2nd place Mare in hand. Chinawhite owned by Belinda Kieswetter and shown by Kim Bray was placed 2nd in Show Hack in hand, 4th place Mare in hand. On Sunday Anja Lourens and Raymaar Daarshy winning both the Pony Rider Show Riding and Show Hunter classes and went on to win WC Reserve Champion Show pony. Kim Bray and Blue Diamond 1st place Adult Open Show Hack and were runner-up in the prestigious Chairman's Cup invitational event. Madelize Dreyer and BRB Coco Chanel made their showing debut in a very strong class of novice horses for a 4th place in Show Riding. Young Horse Show 2017 was the debut for 3 of our young horses. On Saturday BRB Coco Chanel and Madelize 1st place Best Trot 5 yr old and Reserve Champion 5 yr old potential dressage horse. Rebel Prince 1st place PN1. Edelman 4th place 7 yr old Dressage with 71.5 % then on Sunday Compton House Flying High came 2nd Best walk in hand 4 yr old and 1st Best Trot 4 yr old in hand. Chinawhite was Reserve Champion 5 yr old potential dressage horse. Now we are looking forward to WC Showing Champs on 1-2 April. Thank you to the wonderfully supportive owners of these lovely animals.
