A lot of talk of riding on here, but we must mention our food. Our chef Danni who started this season, has really upped our game. All our meals are homemade with fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden. Here is her chicken and pancetta stew baked in our wood fired oven.

Our guide Jon's latest ride. Stoked on everything about this bike. The Hope 11 speed cassette is a game changer for me, doing climbs that were too difficult in the past and less tired at the end of the day. After a few very busy weeks with guests from Finland, UK, France and now Russia and Germany. This was from our first week at the end of April. Weather was not what we wanted with rain and snow, but still had an awesome time hittin ridgelines where we could with this great crew 'The Frenchies'. Fortunately the sun has now arrived and summer is looking a whole lot better.
