Both our apartments are equipped with Digital TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine.

Apartments suit nicely for both couples, families or bigger group of people.

Fresh linens, towels, consumables and cleaning products are provided.

Nobody will be present in apartment during your stay. Apartment is yours and complete privacy is provided or the guests.

We are at your disposal for any assistance, questions  or recommendation you need.  We speak English, Russian and Serbian of course.

Getting around

Public transportation (trams and buses) to any part of the city are just a couple minutes away. From one side (at Student’s Park) there is a bus and trolley station that takes you anywhere you need. And 2 minutes on the other side is the “Zeleni Venac” (Green Wreath station) which takes you to the New Belgrade part of the city and the river café’s , clubs and restaurants.

HOUSE RULES

In our apartment we wish to create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all our guests. Therefore we drawn up a list of things to ensure domestic harmony.

Neighbors – We ask guests not to disturb those in neighboring flats.

Facilities - Upon departing or leaving the house, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, as well as the lights in the rooms and its facilities. Shut and lock the door and windows and turn of the heating and AC.

Kids - For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the apartment or building.

Property - Please take good care of the apartment’s property. Smoking is allowed in apartment.

Building – Building is very clean and has a 24 hour camera surveillance, we are trying so hard to keep it like that. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
