As we are getting ready to open tomorrow and I'm whining about all the stuff we ordered that's stuck in Fajardo. I'd like to take a moment to show some love to all of the Culebra businesses that have reopened/opened since Maria. La Pista, Heather's Pizza, Jiribilla, Coconuts, PanDeli, Sweet & Salty, Tiki's, Golden d'licious Bakery, El Eden, D's Garden, Ferreteria Gonzalez,the Chinese Place, Happy Landings, both gift shops, the Dive Shop, La Lobina, La Almeja Loca, Costa del Sol, the Sandbar,El Batey, the food cart next to el Batey, Superette Mayra, Treasure Island, both gas stations, the lady that sells gyros by the ferry dock, Aimee's gift shop and the little food/coffee place next door, the lemonade stand, Colmado Milka and anybody else I may have missed. You guys have been busting ass getting the island back to Culebra normal and I want you to know how much we appreciate all of your hard work. And to those cleaning up, rebuilding and getting ready to reopen- keep it up, we can't wait to have you back.

Hoping to open Zaco’s Tacos, with a limited menu, Monday around 2pm. We’ll be open until 9pm or until we run out of food.... The ATM really has us all in a bind. It is extremely difficult to “levanta Culebra” si no tenemos servicios!!!!! Please be patience during this crazy transitional time.

BAR WILL BE OPENING TOMORROW-WEDNESDAY AT 3pm. No food just yet, waiting on orders to arrive Friday. TBA kitchen opening. Hoping for Monday the 18th.
