A space to share and discover all things botanical. Health and wellbeing, essential oils, herbs, foraging for wild food and sustainability. I have a passion for plants and their amazing healing properties and enjoy growing herbs, as well as foraging for medicinal plants in the hedgerow and countryside.

My other passions are the environment, health and well-being and sustainability.

I am a qualified Botanist and Professional Aromatherapist and have worked in both these sectors over the past 20 years.

Please feel free to enjoy this page and join in the botanical experience!

I came across this footprint on some wooden decking the other day, looking like it had been frozen into the wood. It reminded me of the saying "Take only pictures, Leave only footprints "....or in my case, take pictures of footprints! Have a good evening 😊👣
