On Tuesday, 1st August 2017, members of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) paid a courtesy visit to the Rivers State Internal Revenue Service. The delegation was led by the President/Chairman of council of CITN, Chief Dr. Cyril Ikemefuna Ede and were received by the Executive Chairman of RIRS, Chf. T. Adoage Norteh. Among other things discussed are the continuous partnership of both organizations to create a tax friendly system for the State, and the ongoing 9th session of the Mandatory Professional Training programme (MPTP) of CITN in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
