VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN #VAW Violence against women and girls is a grave violation of human rights. Its impact ranges from immediate to long-term multiple physical, sexual and mental consequences for women and girls, including death. It negatively affects women’s general well-being and prevents women from fully participating in society. Violence not only has negative consequences for women but also their families, the community and the country at large. It has tremendous costs, from greater health care and legal expenses and losses in productivity, impacting national budgets and overall development. We need to improve our attitude in the way we handle and treat women for better societies and a better world. Let us inspire and encourage women to reach their full potential and contribute to nation building. #LeadTheChange #ProjectRahab #BositaMADE Pls SHARE this & LIKE this PAGE for useful info.

FORGIVENESS Forgiving another person is one of best things you can do for yourself. It's not always easy, and sometimes it will take a long time, but you'll be glad you did it. Let out whatever emotions you need to, give yourself time to heal, and unload that baggage. You still have a long journey ahead and you don't need that extra weight. Keep in mind, though, that forgiveness is a process. It's not a switch you can flip immediately, and it can require a lot of strength to carry out. Even if you don't have the will to forgive right now, you can still work your way toward it. #BositaMADE "Share" & "Like" this Page for more useful information.

When we’re struggling to achieve something important, sometimes we look to others to validate our progress. But the truth is, they can’t… You are not in this world to live up to the expectations of others, nor should you feel that others are here to live up to yours. Pave your own unique path. What success means to each of us is totally different. Success is ultimately about spending your life happily in your own way. You don’t have to be flashy to be impressive. You don’t have to be famous to be significant. You don’t have to be a celebrity to be successful. You don’t need to be validated by anyone else. You are already valuable. You just need to believe in yourself and what you wish to achieve. You can be quietly humble and still be amazingly effective. Just because people don’t fall at your feet and worship you, doesn’t mean you are a failure. Quiet success is just as sweet as loud, flamboyant success, and usually far more real. Success is how you define it, not what everyone else says it must be for you. #Step_Out! #BositaMADE Kindly "SHARE" with others and "LIKE" our Page for more useful Info.

ROUGH TIMES At some point in our lives, most of us will face times that are extra stressful or that even shake us to our core. At those times, having strong coping strategies can make a huge difference. Of course, exercising, focusing on your spiritual life and getting enough rest can be great supports in difficult situations. Other techniques can be particularly useful in dealing with tough times. If you're dealing with a stressful situation, don't stew in self-pity or waste energy pointing blame at someone else. That just makes you feel less powerful. Instead, it makes sense to: =Write down the problems involved. On paper they may seem more manageable than swirling in your head. =List as many solutions as possible. For now, silence your internal judge. You can reject options later. =Assess your list. Try asking yourself how you'd like this situation to end. Which options likely will get you there? You also can weigh pros and cons. =Accept reasonably good solutions. Research suggests that searching for a perfect option breeds disappointment. =Once you pick some solutions, break them into reasonable chunks and make a concrete plan. You might set yourself some specific deadlines too. =Don't get discouraged if the first solution you try doesn't pan out. Try another one on your list. Physical, sexual and psychological violence strikes women in epidemic proportions worldwide. It crosses every social and economic class, every religion, race and ethnicity. From domestic abuse to rape as a weapon of war, violence against women is a gross violation of their human rights. Not only does it threaten women's health and their social and economic well-being, violence also thwarts global efforts to reduce poverty. If the world does not address the issue, it stands to suppress the enormous potential of women and girls. When they feel safe, when they are empowered, women and girls can be game-changers. The catalyst for the next great innovation. The leaders of a more just world. The driving force behind stronger economies. [ICRW] #NOtoViolenceAgainstWomen. #BositaMADE Please SHARE/LIKE PAGE.
