We don't always know the effect of most of our thoughts and deeds and there various causes and how much it will affect our life and well being. Then when caused, we can't rewind time to avert, revert or reserve the effect. Most times thinking twice might not be an option because our emotion is already sitting on our rationality clouding our sense of judgement. If the act is negative. Signals like anxiety, fear, doubts are sent out to invalidate such information. If you want to change your character then change your belief system. Eg. Any gal that believes that all guys are bad will always see faults in all guys and have problem dating any. But if you want to change people's belief or that of yourself, all you need is a new information and a new experience that validates the information, remember, make the new information more impressive than the older so than the sub-conscious will rate it and get it registered. Don't forget, life will test what you believe in with series of challenges. Don't waver!!! Eg. A guy tell you that he loves you and that he's not like others but you didn't believe him but over a long period of time inspite your resistance he still care. You just had to adjust your believe and start loving. Its normal cos your mind is your survival mechanism, it makes sure nothing harms you. And does all to guarante your safety as you consciously and sub-consciously instructs it.

Look ahead, plan for the future, be zealous to solve intending problems, not looking for a way in the storm. Be proactive. Be courageous enough to admit weakness not hard enough to cover it with a lie. Be plain. People are looking for an honest leader, not a perfect one. Hold yourself accountable. Stong focus, and firm believe can move the toughest mountain. Focus! Be strong enough to say yes or no....no one is killing you for it. Be firm. Good leadership begins at home. How are you perceived at home? Honesty is the currency people accept to willing working for you without deposits. Communicate the slightest thing, what you didn't say can be used against you. You are leading people not animals. People have a mind of their own. Positive Character should be your watch word. Every mission, task, project is a war, get strategies, a plan and resources. People's views represents where they are coming from, look at various views before making a decision. People wants to know how much you care, not how much you can do. Examine people's welfare. Dont promise what you can't afford. People's hope leans on your promises. Don't forget what you say in a split seconds, people are counting on it. Being good and looking good, can earn you good reputation, good people and good offers. Unstable mind can make you loss people's respect. Be strong enough to welcome criticism and dont entertain insecurity. There is what people think of you, what you think of yourself and what you truly are. Thats why you must look for feedbacks.
