Mindful GMAT is op zoek naar gemotiveerde instructeurs! Wij zijn marktleider op het gebied van GMAT cursussen en wij willen ons portfolio uitbreiden met zelfstandige instructeurs wie niet alleen een goed salaris willen, maar ook een leuke tijd en een schat aan ervaring. Je geeft zelfstandig les aan cursisten om hun kwantitatieve vaardigheden te verbeteren voor de GMAT test. Tijdens de sessies werk je via een manual de cursisten door de stof heen, geef je sturing waar nodig en bereid je ze zo goed mogelijk voor op het daadwerkelijke GMAT examen. De sessies worden in het Engels gegeven, dus beheersing van de Engelse taal en wiskundige termen is een vereiste. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen les te 'fine tunen' en we proberen zoveel mogelijk met je mee te denken, dit verwachten we immers ook van jou. De werkzaamheden zijn : - Zelfstandig lesgeven op basis van een manual; - Cursisten ontvangen en functioneren als gastheer of gastvrouw; - Aanwezigheidslijsten bijhouden en standaardmails versturen na de sessies; - Vragen over de stof beantwoorden die tijdens de les of per mail worden gesteld. De functie eisen zijn : - Uitstekende wiskundige vaardigheid (student econometrie of een studie met soortgelijke lading); - Ervaring met het begeleiden van cursisten/studenten; - Uitstekende beheersing van Engels in woord en geschrift; - Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken; - Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Flexibele inzetbaarheid.
