Hi Guys!
My name is Dante, I recently moved to The Netherlands, Amsterdam to be exact. Working out is my passion, whether aerobic or anaerobic exercise. I love to think that nobody can out-work me in the gym, which is the mentality I used to push myself and help me achieve my goals in the fitness world.
As of now, I'm a freelance professional fitness trainer specialized in nutrition and I'm offering my services to help you guys meet your individual health and fitness goals. My friends and previous clients motivate me to be in this profession, seeing how their life was touched and changed by fitness is a big achievement for me personally. And I only wish to carry on ..
My program is a minimum of 12 weeks, which includes training program and meal plan. Specially made for you depending on your body type, daily activity, goal/s and of course based on what kind of food you like to eat. Everything is calculated in how science actually works inside your body and with the knowledge from experience in the sport. I will be training with you for the whole 12 weeks and will be watching, guiding, continuously tweaking your progress and give you all necessary tools you need to effectively lead you to optimal health.
This is not a scam nor strict dieting program or extreme hard-core workout session, that most people fail to follow in a long run. But instead a fun and exciting but yet challenging routine which will help you achieve all fitness and health goals you always dreamed of.
This program is designed not to lose weight but to cut off fats and gain/tone muscle to help your body to be incapable of storing fats ever again.
