Healthy eating is - next to regular exercise - an integral part of a healthy life. In their new research project, the University of Luxembourg Institute for Health and Behavior is investigating how stress and negative emotions affect how and what we eat. Therefore, Ellipse Fitness & Wellness Premium Club would like to encourage its members to find out more about their individual eating behavior and to participate in this exciting research. In the study, called “EMO-EAT”, participants will fill out smart phone questionnaires on daily EMOTION and EATING, as well as participate in lab measurements where brain activity during food decisions is investigated.
