Hi All, So we have had a few starter sessions before the summer began which went down well, lot's of sweating and sore muscles! I can confirm to start with we will have 1 class a week on a Wednesday evening (18.30-19.30) at Happy Fitness in Hamm. We will have 1 more taster so if you missed out on the last 2 this is your chance on Wed 21st of September. After this you we will then run a 12 week program for x1 per week which will bring us to the end of the year. More details on dates and price will follow soon:o)

Hi All, Unfortunately we need to postpone the Wed night Kettlercise taster class to Friday 15th at 18.30. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience especially if it means you are unable to make it. This is due to an event in the city "Promenade à vélo" which is a 10km bike route. They are closing the city roads for this, so even more Route Barree's in Lux City than normal!:o( which will cause allot of problems for people to get there and out, which is why I have had to change the date. For more info on the route and the road closures for that evening have a look at this link. If you have any of the sweat sport bands for the wrists bring those also. Don't panic if you don't have anything I have some spare and just be prepared for a fun & sweaty workout:o) So it is still in the same place 18 Montee de Clausen, L-1343. For those that have not been before it is well hidden. There are a few areas to park nearby. If you come from town from the top of the Clausen hill , you come down and there is a small red train bridge. There are two options from this direction, you can turn left just before going under that bridge and use the street parking on that road, it is free after 18.00 or to get closer you can turn right just after the red bridge, go to the end of the road and there is the entrance to the car park which you will see while driving down that small road. This is a car park so you need to pay. Come out of the car park and turn left you will see across the road is a small alleyway that has steps going down. Go down the steps for a minute and you will see a left turn up a few steps into a school playground, the small gym on the left is where we are. If anyone gets lost please call 621 45 49 14 before 18.30:o) If you can not make it due to the change of day please let me know as I have other people still wanting to take part. Hi All. So a little bit more info on Kettlercise ®. Most often one of the top questions is, What is the difference between Kettlercise and any other Kettlebell training? So let's clear that up first:o) Kettlercise ® is a Body Transformation, toning and weight loss system, normally Kettlebells are usually used for strength, power and body building types of training, both are very different. The two main differences: 1.the weight of the Kettlebell that is being used 2.the duration that the Kettlebell is being used for in each exercise (e.g. reps) Kettlercise ® is THE single most effective Kettlebell fat burning exercise class, that uses the BSM method (Blood Shunting method) and is designed to re shape and sculpt the body like never before. It uses smaller Kettlebell weights for ladies 2kg to 8kg and for men 4kg to 10kg and uses 37 blood pumping Kettlebell exercises in a set class routine that works every major and minor muscle group, it’s the only exercise class that gives participants a complete body workout. It’s a high volume, moderate intensity program. It’s a none stop program. Kettlebell Training traditionally uses much heavier weights to increase strength and power and often involves numbers of repetitions i.e. from 6 to 10, rest and go again. There are different variations of this but this is just to give you an indication.
