Lansimi i vlerësimit bazë dhe programit të vetë-punësimit në rajonin e Mitrovicës Pokretanje osnovne procene i programa samozapošljavan

I/e nderuar zotëri/zonjë, Në emër të UNDP-së në Kosovë, kemi kënaqësinë t’iu ftojmë në lansimin e vlerësimit bazë dhe të programit të vetë-punësimit në rajonin e Mitrovicës, duke filluar nga ora 09:30 më datë 12 shkurt 2016, në hapësirat e ARZH-së së Veriut. Bashkë me ftesën po iu dërgojmë edhe agjendën. Në këto 15 vite dhe së fundmi përmes partneritetit me Qeverinë e Finlandës, UNDP-ja në Kosovë u ndihmon institucioneve në adresimin e çështjeve që kanë të bëjnë me rregullimin e tregut të punës, si dhe kontribuon në zhvillimin e sektorit privat dhe në krijimin e vendeve të punës. UNDP-ja ka realizuar disa analiza cilësore të bazuara në dëshmi, të cilat janë të dobishme për bërjen e politikave. Së fundmi është realizuar një vlerësim i mjedisit të sektorit privat në rajonin e Mitrovicës për të kuptuar se ku ka dështuar në lidhje me krijimin e vendeve të punës të mjaftueshme për gjithë fuqinë punëtore, si dhe për të identifikuar pengesat kryesore që has përkitazi me zgjerimin dhe eksportin. Rezultatet e vlerësimit do të prezantohen në këtë manifestim. Gjithashtu, për të mbështetur zhvillimin dhe krijimin e vendeve të punës, duke u përqendruar në sektorët me potencial për zhvillim të identifikuar përmes vlerësimit, UNDP-ja bashkë me Ministrinë e Punës dhe të Mirëqenies Sociale, është duke e shtrirë Programin e Vetë-punësimit edhe në këtë rajon, me qëllim të ofrimit të granteve dhe shërbimeve mentoruese për të papunët me ide inovative të biznesit. Poštovani/a gospodine/gospođo, U ime UNDP-ja na Kosovu, imamo zadovoljstvo da Vas pozovemo na svečanost povodom pokretanja osnovne procene i programa samozapošljavanja u regionu Mitrovice, sa početkom u 09:30, dana 12. februara 2016, u prostorijama ARR-a Sever. U prilogu je i dnevni red. Za proteklih 15 godina, a nedavno i kroz partnerstvo sa Vladom Finske, UNDP na Kosovu podržava institucije kako bi se bavile pitanjima upravljanja tržištem rada i doprinele razvoju privatnog sektora i otvaranju novih radnih mesta. UNDP je sproveo analizu zasnovanu na dokazima visokog kvaliteta doprinoseći kreiranju politika. Nedavno, urađena je procena ispitivanjem sredine privatnog sektora u regionu Mitrovice ne bi li se došlo do saznanja gde se ne generiše dovoljno radnih mesta za radnu snagu, kao i da bi se identifikovale glavne prepreke sa kojima se suočavaju u proširivanju i izvozu. Nalazi procene biće predstavljeni na događaju. Istovremeno, u cilju podrške razvoju i stvaranju novih radnih mesta sa fokusom na sektore sa potencijalom za rast identifikovanim kroz procenu, UNDP, zajedno sa Ministarstvom rada i socijalne zaštite, širi svoj Program samozapošljavanja u ovom regionu, radi pružanja pomoći i mentorskih usluga nezaposlenima sa inovativnom poslovnom idejom. Dear Sir/Madame, On behalf of UNDP Kosovo, we have the pleasure to invite you to the launching event of the baseline assessment and the self-employment programme in the region of Mitrovicë/a, commencing at 09:30 on the 12th of February 2016, at RDA North premises. Kindly find enclosed the agenda. For the past 15 years, and recently through the partnership with the Government of Finland, UNDP in Kosovo supports institutions to address labour market governance issues and contribute to private sector development and job creation. UNDP conducted several high quality evidence based analysis contributing to policy making. Recently, an assessment was conducted looking into the environment of the private sector in the region of Mitrovicë/a to understand where it fails to generate enough jobs to accommodate the labour force, as well as to identify the main barriers that it faces to expansion and exports. The findings of the assessment shall be presented at the event. At the same time, in order to support development and job creation focusing on the sectors with growth potential identified through the assessment, UNDP together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, is expanding its Self-Employment Programme in this region, to provide grants and mentoring services to unemployed with innovative business idea. USAID/Kosovo seeks concept papers from eligible prospective Kosovar or U.S. organizations and from its implementing partners of ongoing projects to propose innovative and effective approaches that increase participation of PWDs in Kosovo and strengthen the capacity of local DPOs. Projects may be stand-alone, targeted programs to benefit persons with disabilities, or they can be projects/activities that seek to mainstream persons with disabilities within larger USAID/Kosovo programs. Projects should reflect the most pressing needs in Kosovo and/or align with the Mission’s strategic development priorities. All proposals must be guided by the values and provisions set forth by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID expects to fund individual programs in the category of “small fund programs” ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 and “large fund programs” ranging from $300,000 - $600,000 (per individual award). The duration of the proposed program(s)/activity(ies) should be within 12-36 months.
