Stampaggio metalli a freddo - Cold Metal blanking & drawing O.A.S.A. is specialized in metal parts deep drawing, blanking and assembling for automotive market. The stamping department is equipped with different mechanical and hydraulic presses of varying power (from 160 tons up to 1250 tons). The progressive or transfer transport in 2 or 3 axes allows the complete production cycle to be automated as far as to the packaging station, which includes palletizing machines in line with the system.
Besides conventional systems, the welding department is equipped with several CO2 welding robots for series production. In addition to that, the use of arc, spot and projection welding technologies allow us to complete our production range.
Equipment planning and product industrialization are carried out by the engineering department which is provided with a CAD-CAM CATIA system for projects and designs of follow-up composite tools. The tool shop, equipped with electric discharge machines and numerically controlled machining centers, manufactures and maintains swages and stamping components.
