Fellow Isle of Man Food Assembly Lovers, we're on a limited menu for this assembly because Matt is on his own in the Betty Kitchen this week (aaaahhhh) whilst I check out new Betty mobile delivery vehicles! But we're trying out a new pie this time.. yummy chicken, sweet cider and leek. There's also Steak and Ale and Vegan Chilli with loads of Chipotle and a wee bit of Soya Cream. Yum!! G'day Isle of Man Isle of Man Food Assembly lovers. I'm sorry that we missed the last assembly. We were up to our ears in pies for the Villa's hot n' steamy 50 Shade's pop up. We are all set for Wed the 22nd. However we are limiting this assembly to just 100 pies. I am sunning it up with my kiddies and Benn so Matt the Masterful is on his own in the Betty Kitchen.

I should have put this up days and days ago but time ran away from me! The 50 Shades Pop Up is well and truly SOLD OUT! I can't believe how quickly the tickets went! The Villa Gaiety - I'm always up for anything that's all to do with having a laugh!!!

Well folks.... I am SO excited and delighted to say that Betty will be providing nourishment and yummishment at this year's CAMRA Beer and Cider Fest in the villa! We're starting our planning for a beer and cider fuelled menu! Something special... no burgers shall be be ripped out of frozen cardboard boxes. No chips shall be whipped out of frozen plastic bags. Well, this is something that's a bit off the wall! The Aphrodisiac, love inducing menu includes: Steak and Oyster Stout Chilli Con Carne, Red Leicester & Sour Cream Sweet Potato, Cardamon, Caramelised Red Onion and a sprinkle of Pumpkin Seeds The pies will be served, true Betty Style with peas, creamy mash and proper gravy.
